Nothing is more important to us than making you, our customer, happy.  Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions, no matter how big or small.

We do not have customer support over the phone. At Tieroom we do everything we can to keep our costs down so we can keep delivering exceptional quality ties at low prices and phone support is expensive. If you really do want to talk over the phone,  don't worry. Just send us your number and we will call you.

2. Prices, Shipping and Returns


All of our products are shipped from our warehouse in the US to any country in the world by the US Postal Service. Your products will be sent within 24 hours of your order. Normal shipping time is 2-3 working days (within mainland USA). If possible we will deliver the package to your door. For bigger orders your package can be picked up at your nearest post office.


Shipping costs

Shipping is free if you choose USPS first class (2-3 days). If you wish a speedier delivery you can choose USPS express (1-2 days) for $25. The shipping cost is always the same no matter how big your order is. Costs and delivery times apply to US mainland only. 

Sales Tax

As items are shipped from Califormia, USA and sales tax will only be added to orders to addresses in California. Shipments outside the USA may be subject to customs fees and taxes, according to the regulations of the countries concerned.

Exchange and returns

No purchase is considered completed before the customer has seen and approved the product. You can return your product within 60 days from date of delivery if you are not satisfied with your order and you will then get a full refund. To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused and be sent back in its original packaging. When exchanging a product or simply returning for a refund, the buyer has to cover the postage costs.

If your product or package is damaged on delivery please contact us through e-mail at and we will replace your product as soon as possible. We will pay any postage costs involved. With your new products we will send a pre-addressed and stamped envelope for the return of your damaged product. Please also provide a description of the damage in your email.

Secrecy and safety

Tieroom always guarantees your safety when shopping online. Our payments are handled by leading payment provider Stripe and Paypal. All information regarding payments, such as credit card details, are sent encrypted. Tieroom does not store your credit card details. Neither your personal details nor your e-mail address will be given to any third party.

What is Tieroom?

Who are you?

Tieroom is a family owned business who have been designing and selling ties since 2004. The company started once upon a time in Sweden and this still remains the head quarter for design and product development. Since 2012 Tieroom is available on the US market through an operation based in Burbank, California.

What size are your neckties?

We currently offer you ties in two different sizes, regular & slim.
Our regular neckties are 3 1/8" wide at the widest spot. The width is compatible with the classic measures in neckwear.
Our slim neckties are 2 3/8" cm wide at the widest spot. This width has got a little trendier touch.
The length of all our neckties are about 59". This is also the standard necktie length and therefore fits most people.

Since I can't actually touch your ties over the Internet, can you tell me if they are thin or thick?

Our ties are more towards the thick side. We make all of our neckties using a high concentration of silk as well as a thicker interlining ensuring it has that luxurious heavy feel. Typically features for thicker ties are that they are more resilient and last longer. They also are able to make a sturdier and fuller knot.

How many designs are you offering?

We currently offer you more than 400 unique designs. Additionally, we restock past designs that sell out quickly after their original release. And to always be able to offer you a fresh collection and a lot to choose from, we top up with new and fresh ties several times a year.

I need to buy several ties of the same design. Do you have enough in stock?

Are you looking to buy a larger quantity of the same necktie? Do we have enough of that design to meet your order? Contact us to find out. If we don't have enough ties in stock, we'll be happy to have our seamstress create as many as you need.

Is my email and credit card information kept confidential and secure?

When ordering online, your credit card information is handled electronically with no human contact. Tieroom always guarantee your safety when shopping online. Our payments are handled by leading payment providers Stripe and Paypal. All information regarding payment with credit cards is sent encrypted. Tieroom does not store your credit card details. Neither your personal details nor your e-mail address will be given to any third party.

Can I get my order gift wrapped?

Currently the automated chekout process doesn't offer gift wrapping as an option but at we aim to please so simply drop an e-mail referring to your order and we will make it happen. We will elegantly package your ties in black and gold gift wrapping and send direcltly to the address of your choice.

If you wish, we can also include a personal handwritten note (your secrets will, of course, stay safe with us).

How will I know that my order is being processed?

You will know that your order was acknowledged when you will receive a confirmation e-mail message from us at the time the credit card transaction completes.
If you didn't get this email confirmation, check your spam folder. If it isn't there, please email us at with the details of your order.

Why can't I log in? Why aren't products added to my cart when I click buy?

Our store requires you have cookies enabled. Open the preferences of your browser and enter the security section. Make sure you have cookies enabled. Then reload Tieroom and everything should work fine.
