Shipping information and Privacy Policy

Delivery

We ship our products by mail to any country in the world. Your package will be sent within 24 hours of your order. Normal shipping time is 7-12 working days. If possible we will deliver the package to your door. For bigger orders your package can be picked up at your nearest post office.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free if you use normal non-recorded priority air mail. If you wish to have your package sent recorded with the ability to track it, the cost is $10. The shipping cost is always the same no matter how big your order is. 

We can only take full responsibility for recorded deliveries. If you choose non-recorded, our responsibility ends once the package has left our warehouse. Don't be alarmed though, over 95% of the non-recorded packages still reach customers on time and it's extremely rare for packages to disappear completely.

Taxes

No taxes are added to shipments outside EU.

Exchange and returns

No purchase is completed before the customer has seen and approved the product. You can always return your product within 14 days from date of delivery if you are not satisfied with your order and you will then get a full refund. To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused and be sent back in its original packaging. When exchanging a product the buyer has to cover the postage costs.

Complaints

If your product or package is damaged on delivery please contact us through email info@tieroom.com and we will replace your product as soon as possible. We will pay any postage costs involved. With your new products we will send a pre-addressed and stamped envelope for the return of your damaged product. Please also provide a description of the damage.

Secrecy and safety

Tieroom AB always guarantee your safety when shopping online. Our payments are handled by leading swedish payment provider Dibs . All information regarding payment with credit card is sent encrypted. Tieroom does not store your credit card details. Neither your personal details nor your e-mail address will be given to any third party.
