HERRINGBONED HIGHLANDERS
Fluffy autumn cotton
Cuddly rolie-polies. With a recently released, really thin cotton collection still in vivid memory Notch now releases yet another cotton collection, just as checkered, just as confidently composed in colouring, but significantly more generous in thickness and cuddly fuzzy here and there. This cotton is probably more accurately described as flannel - it’s very close to wool in sensation.Colourful. Notch has dared to step outside box when it comes to colouring in a few of the designs. Take a look at Dario, Moritz och Eiichiro – a bit “out there” at first sight perhaps, but after only a few moments, these colourfuls caress you eyes and tickles your imagination.
Herringbones. Notch has also ventured into cross-over land with some snazzy designs combining plaid and herringbones – which in our opinion gives the much-used plaid patterns new life and energy. Notch gives you a whole bundle of herringboned highlanders: Bammy, Dario, Eiichiro, Elias, Gerhard, Moritz and Olamide. These pioneers have been dressed in slightly more discrete colours to keep them in the distinguished stretch, sure at the outskirts, but still.
Chubby cotton. This collection takes particular note of the often colourful tradition among Scottish tartans and is well beyond the English autumn style, which is often set in shaded, dark colours. The expression of this cotton release is fashionable flannel, right next door to wool. Wool lovers won’t have a hard time finding bargains here. Happy highlander hunting!
