Tommaso is the embodiment of refinement. This dark navy gent and his dense hoard of medallions is very Ascot tie-like in the design. An over hand knot would enhance the Ascot tie similarity even further. A Parisian knot and a Drape or Once around is never wrong. The silk is really thin so more elaborate knots are definitely an option. Rinomato!
